Hi, my name is Sophie, and I'm a sweet and beautiful 2-year-old cat looking for my forever home. I'm an independent girl who enjoys having my own space and doing things on my terms. While I like being around my people, I'm not a fan of being picked up, and I prefer to choose when I want affection. Once I'm comfortable, I'll happily come to you for attention and companionship. I'm looking for a quiet, calm home with children aged 12 years and over. Busy households can be a little overwhelming for me, so I'd thrive in a peaceful environment where I can settle in at my own pace. I would also need to be the only pet in the home, as I prefer not to share my space with other animals. One of my favourite things to do is find cosy little hiding spots where I can relax and feel safe. Please make sure I have access to small, quiet areas where I can retreat if I need some downtime. Like many cats, I may need a little time to adjust to a new environment. With patience, understanding, and lots of kindness, I'll soon start to show my sweet personality and build a strong bond with my new family.
