Toby is looking for a patient home that will help build his confidence and show him just how good life can be when you’re loved. He’s not a fan of hustle and bustle, so a quieter home would be right up his alley. Toby is a gentle sweetheart who’s coming out of his shell more each day, and he’s even started playing with toys! Watching him discover the simple joys of being a dog has been incredibly special. All Toby needs now is someone willing to give him the fresh start he deserves.
