Seasmoke

Hi, I'm Seasmoke! I'm a cuddly one-year-old boy who transformed from a shy little scaredy-cat into a complete LOVER BOY within just five days of arriving at my foster home. Now I'm curious, brave, friendly, playful and cuddly. I love meeting new people. I might hide for the first minute when someone unfamiliar arrives, but it never lasts long, before you know it, I'll be out asking them for attention. I usually love being picked up by my foster mum, and will reward you with some of the loudest purrs you've ever heard. I also love sitting in the bathroom sink while my foster mum does her make up, or watching out the kitchen window while she makes a coffee. When I'm not cuddling or adventuring, I'm playing! Wand toys are my absolute favourite, and I could happily chase them around for hours. I'm also extremely food-motivated and LOVE a Churu. When you prepare my meals, I'll put on a very convincing performance suggesting that I haven't been fed in weeks, even though I am, of course, fed regularly! You'll have to be strict with me when I try to jump up on your kitchen counters or try sniff your dinner! During the day, I love finding cosy little hiding spots where I can curl up and sleep for hours. But come evening, I want to be wherever you are, preferably as close to you as physically possible. I'll be ready for plenty of cuddles, playtime and companionship. I'm also very content sitting by a window or stretching out in a sunny spot, quietly watching the world go by. I'm a perfect gentleman with my litter box. I use it regularly and haven't made any messes outside of it. I really dislike the sound of the vacuum coming out if I do track litter outside the box! My snow white fur sheds alot and I can be prone to hairballs, so regular brushing will help keep my coat, and your furniture, looking its best! My foster carer doesn't have any other pets, so it's currently unknown how I feel about furry friends. Any introductions would need to be slow and carefully managed. Medical Notes Seasmole has a waiver for a chipped tooth. Our veterinarians have carefully assessed this chip and no further treatment is currently required. Seasmoke has presented with gingivitis. Dental hygiene may help prevent its development. Seasmoke has a skin condition called Feline Acne or Chin Acne. It is not known what causes this skin reaction, though it is usually mild and manageable. Using stainless steel or ceramic bowls rather than plastic often assists.
