Hi, I'm Nina 👑🐾 I'm a tiny little lovely grey lady with a big personality. I'm about 5 years old, and I'm all on my own. I can be quite shy, so I'll need someone very patient because I might take my time trusting you. I'm the type of cat who might jump off your lap just because you moved your arm a little too quickly! Loud noises and sudden movements can startle me, but that doesn't mean I don't love affection. Once I trust you, I'm actually quite a needy little princess. I'll come over for lots of pats, curl up on your lap for a while, and then, once I've had my fill, I'll retreat to the corner of the couch or my favourite cosy spot for a nap. I spend a good portion of my day snoozing (it's exhausting being this cute!) and if you happen to come over to say hello, I'll often stretch out as long as I possibly can right there in bed and happily let you rub my belly. I have a LOT of quirks. For example, my voice is unique because it's so high pitched, and I chirp! Honestly, "Miss Chirpie" would have been a pretty fitting name for me. I'll happily chirp away to let you know how I'm feeling or just to say hello. Every time you come near me, I'll give you the biggest stretch you've ever seen. If you scratch my head, my back legs stretch out and I become one very long cat. I don't know why I do that! I also adore little kisses on my face and forehead, and sometimes I'll even ask for them. You'll probably notice I have quite the appetite because I can eat and drink a lot while somehow staying tiny and slim! I'm also missing one little tooth, which just adds to my quirky charm. I'm not much of a toy enthusiast, and scratching posts don't really interest me either, but boy do I love watching the birds outside! I'm an excellent runner so during my zoomies I'll race around the house like I've got somewhere very important to be. At bedtime, I like to keep you company. I might sneak under the blankets for a moment before deciding it's not quite my style and settling at the end of the bed instead. And in the morning? As soon as I think you're awake, I'll be there to greet you with head bumps. Because I'm such a sensitive girl, I'd be happiest as the only pet in a calm, quiet home. I think I will always be skittish so no dogs, no other cats, and no young children, please, because I really shine when I don't have to share my humans - speaking of which, I really like my foster mom but don't really care for my foster dad (he's OK I guess) so I think I might be a girl's girl. I've been surrendered twice and I really want to find my forever home.
