Shady

Meet Shady, a confident, smoochy 3 year old boy who has thrived in his foster care. From the first night Shady came to us he was curious, adventurous and always searching for a pat. He loves to snuggle up in your lap and sleep next to you in bed. He's also a playful boy who likes to chase string toys around and sprint up stairs. One of his favourite things is relaxing by a window, soaking up the sunshine and watching the birds fly past outside. He's a very chatty boy and will welcome you when you come home with lots of meows. He's still a little scared of noisy things like the vacuum and washing machine but is very confident of he knows he's safe. We think he'll suit a home with owners who have time to play with him and give him plenty of love. If it's a home with children we think he'll suit older kids best, he may be a little frightened with the noisiness young kids. Medical Notes Shady has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats. Shady has a skin condition called Feline Acne or Chin Acne. It is not known what causes this skin reaction, though it is usually mild and manageable. Using stainless steel or ceramic bowls rather than plastic often assists. Shady has a waiver for Cat Flu (recovered). Shady is located with his foster family in Clarkson.
