About Stolly

Stolly is a little bit of a timid guy, but he has come a long way in his confidence in the short time that he has spent with us. He really likes people and can be affectionate, as long as people go slow with him and give him time to adjust to them. He is very food motivated and showed a little interest in toy items as well, and will most likely become more playful as he becomes more confident. Stolly needs a family willing to introduce him to the world at his pace, and slowly build his confidence around things he finds scary. He is a little unsure around other dogs, but could go to a home with a confident, outgoing female dog, pending a meet and greet on site. He finds young children overwhelming, but could live with older, quiet, respectful children, also pending a meet and greet.
