Meet Rico, the most loving little pup!! Rico is a sweet boy who loves nothing more than being close to his humans. He wants everyone he meets to be his new best friend, especially people willing to give him treats, cuddles, or a toy to chase. Rico is quickly developing his manners and doing well with his training, but at eight months old, he is definitely still bursting with puppy playfulness. Rico has been a little stressed while in our care, and would benefit from a patient family who are home more often than not. He is a clever boy who will do well with ongoing training and socialisation. Due to this, he would be best suited to a home without children under 12. Rico did well when meeting other dogs both in the shelter and while in foster care, so may be suitable to live with another dog. If you have a resident dog, please bring them with you to meet Rico so that we can introduce them in the shelter and see how they get on!
