About Spike

Meet Spike! Spike is a young, affectionate boy with a big personality and an even bigger love for life. He's looking for confident adopters who can provide the structure, routine, and ongoing training he needs to thrive. Smart and energetic, Spike needs plenty of mental stimulation alongside his physical exercise. Activities such as trick training, scent work, agility, and food enrichment toys will help keep him happy and fulfilled. Spike would suit an active home with teenagers or older children who can continue guiding him as he grows. When left alone, he should be provided with enrichment items such as Kongs, puzzle feeders, and frozen treats to keep his mind occupied. Spike may be able to live with a suitable dog, although his play style can be a little enthusiastic. He is not suitable for a home with cats and requires secure fencing of at least 5 feet.
