Waffle - Adoption Summary 🐾 Meet Waffle, a handsome 3-year-old Standard Poodle x who is looking for a special home where he can feel safe, supported and very much part of the family. Waffle is a sweet, sensitive boy who can be a little timid when faced with new people, places or situations. He'll need a calm and understanding family who is happy to let him settle in at his own pace and help him build confidence along the way. Once he feels comfortable, Waffle is more than happy to keep his people close and can be quite the lovable shadow! Because of this, his new family should be prepared for some possible separation anxiety and willing to gradually build his independence. When it comes to other dogs, Waffle is more of a "thanks, but I'll pass" kind of guy. He doesn't tend to interact much with them and will generally choose to avoid them, so he would be happiest as the only dog in the home. He will need both indoor and outdoor access and, most importantly, wants to be included as part of the family. He isn't looking for a home where he'll spend his days outside on his own - he wants his people, his comforts and a safe place to call home.
