He will need a patient and understanding family who is willing to take things slowly and give him the time and space he needs to feel safe. Terrance is still learning that humans can be trusted, and he'll need someone who is prepared to let him build confidence at his own pace. With patience, consistency, and plenty of gentle encouragement, Terrance has the opportunity to blossom into a loving and trusting companion. He may not be the cat who runs straight up to you for cuddles, but for the right person, watching Terrance slowly come out of his shell will be incredibly rewarding. Because of Terrances initial shy, reserved nature. He would not be suited for children under 10.
