Earl

Earl is a gentle boy who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. He can be quite timid in new environments and may initially respond with a nervous hiss or choose to retreat when feeling unsure. However, he has already begun gaining confidence in care and is looking for a patient adopter who will give him the time he needs to settle in and feel secure. Earl will do best starting in a small, quiet room before gradually being introduced to the rest of the home. Providing plenty of safe spaces, such as cat trees, shelves, scratching posts, and cosy hiding spots, will help him build confidence at his own pace. Earl would be best suited to a calm home with older children who can understand and respect feline body language. He is currently untested with cats but may do well with a friendly feline companion following slow introductions. He may also be able to live with a calm, social dog if interactions are carefully managed. With patience, understanding, and a little time, Earl's confidence will continue to grow, allowing his sweet personality to truly shine. 
