Rocco was surrendered to SPCA as his home could no longer provide him the care he needs Meet Rocco - a gorgeous, sooky bully breed boy with a big heart, a goofy personality, and plenty of love to give! ❤️ Rocco came into our care with a badly broken leg and needed to have it amputated. He's now a very proud tripod and has adjusted incredibly well to life on three legs. After everything he's been through, Rocco is ready to put his past behind him and find a loving home of his own. This handsome boy is sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully goofy. He absolutely loves having people around and is happiest when he can be part of the action, whether that's soaking up cuddles, following his people around, or getting up to some classic teenage silliness! Rocco is still very much a big teenage pup at heart, so he's got plenty of learning and growing up to do. Rocco loves company so he'd be best suited to a home where someone is around a lot of the time, particularly while he settles in and builds his confidence. His new family will need to be prepared to help him gradually learn that being home alone is nothing to worry about. Rocco could live with a well-matched canine companion! He may also be able to share his home with a confident, dog-savvy cat, provided introductions are done carefully and appropriately. Because Rocco is a big teenage boy who is still learning to keep his play gentle, and because he can become overwhelmed when there's too much going on, a home without young children would be ideal. Calm, dog-savvy teenagers who understand how to give him space and help him succeed could be a great match. Rocco has been through a lot already, but he hasn't let it stop him from being the sweet, affectionate and hilarious boy he is. He's ready for a family who will give him patience, companionship, guidance and plenty of love - and in return, Rocco promises to provide an endless supply of cuddles, goofy moments and big bully breed affection. ❤️
