I was rescued by an SPCA Hobsonville Inspector from a cruelty complaint and now I'm looking for a loving new home Marmalade is a gorgeous adult dog with a short tail, stocky build, an adorable wiggly bum, and a heart full of love to give. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she's a total sweetheart who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap, enjoying a gentle cuddle, or heading out for a short stroll. This gentle girl is looking for a calm and safe home where she can feel secure as she continues to build her confidence. She's known for leaning into people, sweet kisses, and the way she adores her favourite people once trust is built. Because we don't know her history with other animals, careful, slow introductions will be important if her new home already has pets. Marmalade would do best in a home with older children who understand that sometimes she needs her own space, patience, and gentle reassurance. Once she's comfortable, her playful and affectionate side shines, bringing plenty of joy, laughs, and love to those around her.
