I was rescued by an SPCA inspector. After a lot of love and care from the SPCA staff, I am now ready to find my forever home! Meet Dumpling 🥟💕 This adorable squishy girl is full of love and personality, and it's no secret that she has quickly become a favourite among the staff. Dumpling is an incredibly affectionate pup who absolutely loves her cuddles and being close to her people. She recently had surgery to correct bilateral entropion in both eyes and is recovering well, getting ready for her next big adventure, finding her forever family. Dumpling has been doing wonderfully in foster care and is proving to be a lovely little house guest. One of Dumpling's biggest strengths is how friendly and social she is. She enjoys meeting adults, children and dogs of all ages. She is also a clever and very food-motivated girl who is already learning her basic commands. Dumpling can sit and shake when asked, and treats are a fantastic way to keep her engaged and learning. She responds beautifully to positive reinforcement and, of course, plenty of praise and affection. Most importantly, Dumpling is simply a sweetheart. She has a gentle, social nature and seems to love everyone she meets. Her affectionate personality and love of cuddles have made her a real favourite with the staff, and it's easy to see why. She is the kind of pup who happily gives you her whole heart and then settles in for a cuddle. Dumpling is looking for a loving forever home where she can continue learning, growing and being showered with all the affection she deserves. She has already made wonderful progress and has so much love to give. We know whoever gets to take this special little girl home will be very lucky and Dumpling will be just as lucky to have a family of her own.
