🐾 Meet Melon! 🐾 Melon has come such a long way from the scared boy who first arrived here at our Taupō centre. 💕 Melon was brought into our care via a trap after being an unwanted cat on a rural property. To make things even harder for him, he was separated from his sister for a few days while we worked on bringing her in. Understandably, Melon was terrified and wouldn't let anyone touch him. Once his sister arrived, we saw a whole new side of Melon. With her by his side and plenty of patience and gentle care, he slowly started to realise that people could be trusted. 🥰 Today, Melon is ready to take the next step and find a home of his own. He may not be the cat who runs straight up to the door to greet you, but give him a little time and you'll discover a sweet boy who loves chin rubs and being shown some love.
