💚🐾 Hi, I'm Buddy! 🐾💚 I'm a gorgeous two-year-old Kelpie mix with a big heart, a clever little brain, and LOTS of enthusiasm for life! 🥰🐕 I'm an energetic boy who loves being involved with my people and always enjoys having something fun to do. Whether it's learning something new, exploring the world, playing, or working my brain with enrichment, I'm happiest when I'm busy and included. 🧠✨ I'm a really smart boy and I've already made huge improvements with my leash work, which shows just how much I can achieve when someone takes the time to work with me. 💚 I absolutely LOVE having a doggy friend! 🐶 My ideal canine companion will be tolerant, playful, and just as enthusiastic about having a game as I am. I can happily relax beside another dog, but I do love checking in and asking if they'd like to play again… and again… and maybe one more time! 😂 I'm still learning how to switch off when playtime is over, so having a patient friend and a family who can help me learn those skills will be important. Because I can find very excitable or vocal dogs a little overwhelming, I'm happiest with calm, structured social experiences rather than dog parks or dog beaches. 🌿🐾 I'm looking for a family with Kelpie or similar breed experience who will enjoy continuing my training and helping me become the very best version of myself. 🥰 I'm a sensitive boy when it comes to physical restraint, particularly if there is sudden pressure, so I'm continuing to build my confidence around handling and veterinary care using patient, positive training. 💕 I'm not suitable for children as I can be a little jumpy and mouthy when excited, but in the right adult home I have so much love, fun, and companionship to offer. I'll need secure fencing and a family who is ready to embrace life with a clever, active boy who loves having a purpose.💚If you're searching for a playful, affectionate and intelligent best mate who will keep you smiling and loves being your adventure buddy, I might just be your boy! 🐾✨💚
