He is a naturally reserved dog but bonds very strongly to his person or his people. He still has a long way to go and will likely continue to change and develop as he becomes more confident, so he is looking for someone committed to his ongoing rehabilitation and who will stick by his side on this journey. He is best suited to a household in a quiet location, with people who are home more often than not, with adults or dog-savvy teens due to his quiet and reserved nature, with people who have the right expectations and are willing to love him and help him however his behaviour develops. He needs a fully secured yard, and would ideally like to live with another calm, confident dog, pending a meet and greet on site.
