About Honey

Honey has already done the hardest job of her life. After arriving into DCH care as a pregnant stray, a kind-hearted vet nurse welcomed her into a safe home where she could bring her babies into the world surrounded by warmth and care. Honey proved to be an exceptional mum—gentle, attentive and completely devoted to her kittens. Now that each of her babies has found a loving forever family, it's finally Honey's turn. Honey is a beautiful young calico with striking green eyes, adorable white socks and the sweetest little face. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, once she feels safe her affectionate personality begins to shine. During the day she's curious and enjoys exploring her surroundings, investigating anything new and keeping an eye on what's happening around the house. By evening, Honey transforms into a cuddle bug who loves to curl up nearby for a quiet night in. Honey would suit someone who understands that trust takes time and is happy to let her settle in at her own pace. In return, you'll gain a loyal companion who has so much love left to give. Honey has remained in excellent health throughout her time in DCH care. She is desexed, microchipped and has received her first vaccination, so she's ready to begin the next chapter of her life with a family to call her own. Honey hasn't been tested with children, dogs or other cats. However, she showed a wonderfully gentle and nurturing temperament while raising her kittens. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who simply needs someone to give her the love she's always deserved, Honey might just be your perfect match. Honey has spent her life looking after everyone else. Now she's hoping someone will choose to look after her.
