About Jet

All About Me and My Unique Personality: Jet is an ‘Assisted Rehome’ thanks to the support of Hunter Animal Rescue. Jet is a typical little boy kitten, playing, doing zoomies, chasing his sibling. He loves to play, particularly in the tunnel and with balls and toys. He's a curious boy that sometimes gets into mischief but learns quickly. He is an A1 litter user and loves his food & treats. My Ideal Home: A fun and playful home full of love. Jet would be a great little explorer if he was trained to walk in a harness. A Catio or netted outdoor space would be perfect as he looks outside longingly. He has a lot of energy, as kittens do, and will play for ages and then want snuggles and a big sleep. He loves people and would be best suited to a family who already has a cat that wants a sibling & playmate as he tends to get lonely when their are no humans around. What is Known About My Background: Jet was born in a residential, overgrown, back yard where his mum, Tora, gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens. The lady thought Tora was owned by a neighbour. Jet and his sibling Kisho were very skittish & the lady was unable to care for them and with all rescues being full and unable to assist, I decided to help where I could. The family have been residing at my home for almost 3 months now. The kittens took a while to be able to be handled but they are now 'right at home'. They have all been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated & received worm and flea treatments. They are a healthy little family that now need furever homes. How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Jet loves to play with his sibling Kisho and tries to play with my older cats but they don't give him much time. He plays happily with my 5 year old grand daughter. He is untested with dogs and will hide when new people come to the house. If the visitors stay a while he'll slowly venture out to meet them but remains cautious until he feels safe.
