About Rex

Meet Rex, a 7-month-old German Shepherd puppy with a sweet nature, a curious mind, and a lot of growing still to do. Rex is affectionate and loving, and is deeply interested in the world around him. He enjoys exploring his environment and would thrive with an owner who can take him out for a good walk or hike, then wind down together on the couch at the end of the day. As a young German Shepherd, Rex is at a stage where routine and consistency make a real difference. He will do best in a home that can offer plenty of positive reinforcement, structure, and patience as he continues to develop. Enrichment activities and ongoing training will help channel his natural curiosity and intelligence in the right direction. Rex is currently a little unsure around other dogs, so he will need to be the only dog in the home for now. That said, he would really benefit from carefully managed, positive interactions with a calm dog friend to help build his confidence and social skills over time. He will also do best in a home without children under 12.
