7 Years • Poodle (Toy)
Hi, I’m Chocco. I’m a mellow, cocoa-colored presence who loves a warm floor, a soft blanket, and the company of a good friend by my side. I’m about six years old, carrying a quiet, steady heart that’s learned to take life a little slower and with a lot of patience. A gentle stroll to sniff the air, a sunbeam to nap in, and a friendly pat will light up my day. When you pause beside me, I’ll slide closer and lean into a warm cuddle—there’s something so comforting about a soft moment together. Who I am: other dogs are some of my favourite people. I feel most at ease when a furry friend is nearby, and I’ve lived with many dogs in the home. I’m social with other dogs and my energy is mild—no need for wild adventures; I’m all for a gentle walk and a long snooze in a sunny corner afterward. I love daily chances to learn and grow, especially alongside canine companions who can show me the ropes. If you’re away, I’d feel safer with a dog buddy in the house. I need a solid, climb-free fence to keep me safe, and I’m happiest indoors when you’re out, tucked into a cozy spot with a view of the world from behind the door. Best home for me: an adult-only, quiet, and peaceful household. Unfortunately, I prefer familiar females. I flourish with steady routines, patient guidance, and calm energy around the house. A home with another dog would be ideal, since I carry my confidence with a buddy by my side and feel more secure with canine company nearby. I’m comfortable around other pets, and I’d thrive in a space where I’m given time to settle and be part of the family rhythm without sudden, loud changes.
