Hi there, I’m Sweet Potato. I’m a little pocket of curiosity, with velvet ears, a twitching nose, and tiny paws that patter when something new slides into view. I dream of daily chances to learn about life, from gentle introductions to new places around the corner. I’m still growing into myself, and I’m hoping for a patient, kind-hearted person who will guide me with steady routines and celebrate my small victories. A warm bed, a gentle voice, and a loving hand would mean the world to me. My temperament is sunny and hopeful. I’m happiest when I’m with people who speak softly and give me time to check you out. I love quiet cuddles after a careful sniff, and I respond to gentle guidance with a wag and a hopeful glance. I can be selective around other dogs, and I’m not guaranteed to enjoy busy off-leash parks. I’m learning daily and I’m ready for the next chapter with the right people.
